Damon, great job on such a difficult paint to work on especially for your first time.
Wait till you get more experience and learn how to use a rotary I know you'll start popping out show quality finishes.
That other 25% of the scratches just won't come out with an orbital machine so there's not much you can do about that.

I love doing this stuff and I definitely learned a lot. Especially NOT to mess with paint jobs this bad again unless I get paid 4 times as much as I charged him!!!!

Amazing improvement....was the previous owner drying the car with sandpaper? The areas you wetsanded look fantastic--I don't have the ballz to do that kind of correction. Hats off--I hope your friend took you out afterwards!
