I have to add my kudos to Phil as well. I received my shipment last week and when I opened it up I noticed there was an extra item in the box which I did not order so I emailed Phil and told him I got something I was not charged for and he replied and told me he was throwing in a free item for Christmas no charge. So not only did I get the 20% holiday offer on what I ordered but also got some free swag as well. Great job, thanks Phil.

Have to agree Phil's customer service is top notch! Ordering from DD is a pleasure because you get your package so quickly which is good because I hate waiting. Not to mention the FedEx shipping number emailed to you instantly is always a nice touch. I got my CC bill this month and realized I need to seriously stay off the DD site for a while

 

I also agree 100%, I had mentioned to Phil that I could not wash my car due to the weather and sure enough 2 day's later I got a little care package. He sent me a No Rinse car wash bottle and a couple of polishing pads free.
