It looks like some one used a bug sponge on the clear bra. A bug sponge is used in the car wash industry to remove bug guts off the front & mirrors of effected cars,it will not damage the paint but if the sponge is rubbed in a aggressive manor it will scratch the paint. These sponges should not be used on a clear bra.

Hey Moe. Just to add to this. I never apply wax or sealant on film immediately after the install. I recommend the customer wait to apply any type of sealant/wax to allow the film to sure out properly. Applying a wax immmediately after the install will slow that process down significantly. Depending on the climate I recommend at least a couple of days before applying a sealant.
