Depending on how bad it is, I would first try a basic metal polish or cleaner like the P21s Polishing Soap.
It works well to clean and break down a lot of the gunk that gets stuck on the door sills, and it should work well to remove some of the scratches that they accumulate.

As a bonus it will work great on your exhaust tips too. Heck, I use mine to clean my Stainless Steel refrigerator. Don't tell the woman though, she thinks that I still make it look great due to "extreme" elbow grease.

The main problem is that i am from Europe and do not know where to buy those products besides USA. Any other option? I have bought many things from Swissoil? Do they have something for me?
Thanks in Advance,
Kras
