Thanks for the tips, guys. I already got insurance and the police involved, so right now I'm just waiting to see if it happens again. Insurance basically said "good luck with that" since my deductible is $1k.

@Moe: The key is more of a scratch about a foot long and isn't crazy deep. Not sure if it can be buffed out or not.

I would get the dent popped out. Then put a camera on it, because I bet he will be back.

I popped the dent out... I simply kicked the door where it looked like it would pop the dent out and it worked. I still have some waviness and a few smaller dents, but no basketball size dent anymore.

Glad to hear you were able to get most of it out.

I feel your pain on this one. I have had a tire slashed and my side view mirrors knocked off on separate occasions. Both times it was for no other reason than someone's malicious desire to hurt others. This sucks, but it could be worse- thank god you don't have the warped though processes of the person who did this. They will go through life experiencing a great deal of self inflicted pain. That is what I have to remind myself of when something like this happens.

That sounds promising. We may be able to polish out the scratch and get the dent out. Stop by tomorrow if you can. I'll be at the studio from 10AM to about 6PM.

is that black?..if you wind up having to paint it, you dont have to blend into any other panels. unless its black metallic, regular black you dont have to blend. you can get away with just fixing and painting the door and not painting the quarter or fender. good luck.

First things first, I'm gonna find the bastard who left his shoe print there.
Sorry to see that, one of my worst fears.

Now, I noticed you also took up two spots....I used to do that too but it could potentially attract too much attention to your car and possibly **** off someone who is looking for a spot?

Your car also stands out with the black wheels so if you ever cut someone off/etc on the road and they happen to recognize your car something like this could happen. I hate people who mess with others property....be a man and face someone if there is a problem.

Good luck. My wifes lexus looked way worse than this a month ago when a deer hit her and PDR took it out!
