To say thanks for the years of support and business to all of you here on 6speed, would be an understatement. Not a day goes by that a few PMs, a few orders, and some phone calls come in direct from members of 6speed. One of the most fun aspects of what we do is when we finally meet you in person at our studio when you come down for a detail or to buy something. What has Glistening Perfection done for you?

After we were featured on the August 2011 cover of Pandemonium, I became painfully aware that my beautiful black on black 911 turbo had some glaring imperfections when viewed under the harsh California sun. The dreaded swirl mars were all too visible on the front cover of the magazine. This has always bothered me and I made a promise to myself that this would be corrected in 2012.
After much research, I called Moe at Glistening Perfection to see if I could come down to purchase a kit to detail my car. I was expecting to purchase one of the pre-packaged kits featuring the Flex machine and I showed up after 5:00 P.M. hoping that he did not close up and go home before I got there.
Not only was Moe waiting for me, he did not want to hear what I wanted to buy until he carefully examined my car and took paint depth reading of every singler body panel. We found out that the car has all original paint with all panels having fairly even paint depth except the sunroof. For the next hour and 1/2, Moe asked me a series of questions that were designed to determine what I like and to educate me on how to properly use each product selected and why it was the best for the desired outcome.
It is very refreshing to experience this level of customer service and passion for one's work in today's business enviornment. I personally did not think it existed any more, but it is alive and well at Glistening Perfection.

I received a wonderful education as well as the confidence needed to properly detail my car. I plan to post before and after photos of my progress on this project. Concours in June anyone?

Thanks for allowing me to do what you're trusting me to do. We're blessed that most, if not all, our clients are more focused on quality of job done, and not the cheapest way to do it.

It was a pleasure to serve you and I look forward to see the outcome. I'm so excited you're considering our concours this year. You'll enjoy it a lot. The journey there will be fun too. Cheers.

Hi Moe - I'm trying to track down an order that left your shop on 3/5 to me in Texas via UPS - hasn't arrived yet. I've left a couple of voicemail messages and sent an email - still radio silence - maybe you're on spring break. Anyway I would like a tracking number so I can see what UPS did with it. The order was on your invoice #2328. Thanks.

Great customer service strikes again!! Moe tracked me down and we figured out that the order had been shipped and delivered...USPS had it at the post office and failed to notify me that it had arrived. Thanks Moe.
