The importance of waterless washes
The importance of waterless washes
Maybe it is just me, but when I check out write ups on detailing forums by non professional detailiers, I very rarely see them mentioned. I do realize that some cars maybe very dirty and the car needs a traditional wash, but even then, a waterless wash can be used in place of so many other detailing products, due to their cleaning power. I wrote a blog on waterless washes and if interested, please follow the link!

Washing Vintage or Classic Cars
Washing these vehicles with a conventional wash will allow moisture to permeate seams and small openings allowing the formation of corrosion (rust). Restoration is a very expensive undertaking, which involves the removal of the body from the frame to eliminate metal corrosion.
The soy based polymers in Optimum Polymer Technologies ONR will not cause corrosion and may be a valuable service to offer a client with this type of vehicle (based on an idea by M Phillips)
