For those detail gurus out there, I'm wondering, what is the recommended product/process for caring for an interior that is full leather + Alcantara, I can't imagine leather conditioner can get on the alcantara without staining.

 

there is a discussion going on right now over on a GTR forum. One guy tried sonax alcantara cleaner and said it worked fairly well. What part of tampa are located by the way?

 

I'm actually in Lithia, east of Tampa... Yeah, I found good reviews on that, my issue is how to care for the surrounding leather really, I feel like anything that would moisturize the leather would harm the alcantara.

 

Yes i know the lithia area well. Sonax also has a foaming leather clearer. I would apply the product to a towel first then work it into the leather. This way you will have more control. Plus the foam will not be a runny as a liquid.
