Protectant/sealant for wheelwells and suspension?

Any experience with using some kind of protectant/sealant to spray on wheelwells and suspension parts while a car is still clean and new? I am liking the results of Opti-Coat, Cquartz, and protection film to protect the paint and make it very low maintenance and I actually enjoy having black cars again, but I haven't found the perfect secret for keeping the wheelwells, underbody and suspension so it always looks like it has just been detailed. I have used a spray gun and sprayed the motor and suspension on a touring motorcycle with the ceramic coatings with good results, it pretty much looks perfect after a good foam soak and pressure wash with all the nooks and crannies, but it's easy to get to everything vs a car. Most of the plastic and rubber protectant's I have tried seem to just leave a film that makes the dirt and rain water stick to and and look gray and dingy unless you scrub everything with a brush or wash mitt which is just really messy. And I am sure I could spray through hundreds of dollars of Cquartz or whatever in no time spraying an engine compartment and underbody of a car!

Anyway, just curious to know what the detailers secrets and techniques are to keep things looking new.

Thanks in advance.

I use 303 protectant. It's not oily or greasy so it will not attract dust and dirt.
