wax cleaner

I just washed my car and noticed some orange color small splatter all over the car .
anyway, I used meguir wax cleaner hoping to get this off. but only did a little. is there a huge difference between this and the klase all purpose cleaner? I am thinking it is...please help.

Klasse AIO is a polish/cleaner and a sealant.... It's a good interim for those who do not wish to polish and seal in 2 seperate steps. However, for heavily "damaged" cars, Klasse just isn't strong enough to clean up marring, scratches and so forth.

If you have splatter on your paint, clay bar or adhesive remover would be my advise.
