Porsche Paint is Tough Help Please!

I picked up an 04 Cayenne on Monday and I need to give it a little TLC. The paint is good but there are some swirls and a few small scratches that are driving me nuts. My normal plan of attack would be Meguiars 83 followed by 80 then a couple coats of NXT topped with a coat of P21s. I spent the day working on it with a PC and 83 and I'm not getting anywhere.

The paint seems extremely hard to work with. What should I try if this isn't cutting it? Menzerna seems popular with German car owners. I have used the intensive polish on my S2000 and found it hard to work with. Are there any other suggestions for an aggressive polish?

Thank you!

Honestly it maybe your technique, what pads are you using and what speed?

What color are your cars?

I'm thinking its more the technique and not the product, Menzerna is an OEM product and its not hard to use at all. The Meg's should work as well.

Here is a video on how your passes should look like:

Thanks for that link! What I meant about Menzerna is it seemed to dry faster than Meguiars and required a little extra effort to remove the residue.
