2009 911 delayed for US?

2009 911 delayed for US?
Was at the dealer today and the Sales Manager mentioned a 2 month delay for all 911's US certification. Any truth to this?

I was at Desert European Motors in Rancho Mirage, Ca last week. They had a 2009 in the shop being prepped.

OCPorsche is infamous around these parts
The delay was just for 2009 Turbo coupes and cabriolets. Had something to do with crash testing or emissions. I have a customers car just sitting in port for 1 1/2 months now. Porsche says California can expect to get the turbos the 3rd week in October.
