Volkswagen Mulls Porsche Takeover

Porsche has been buying up shares in VW over the last few years funded by debt. Now some of that debt is coming due. With slowing cash flow and inabiltiy to refinance, Porsche Automobil Holding SE finds itself in a percarous position.

VW needs to worry about its customer service in the "Service department" of its VW NA operations. Can't tell you how many times have seen some really PO people from that experience.
