348 opinions?

what is the general consensus on these cars? what problems do they have? the one i'm looking at is '92 black with black interior targa ~15,000 miles. for ~$45k

You should first acquaint yourself on the various Ferrari models that preceeded the 348 and those which superceded it. All have thier issues.

The 348 is a great car in many respects, but services are a bit pricey because the engine has to come out. Those should be done every 3 years!

The car you mention could be ok but you have to know what services have been done to this point. You could have a $5K+ service bill up front. That price is a little low. So, be careful.
