I also live in Naperville, but am in Macomb for school most of the year. I hope to see you driving downtown or on 75th this summer. If a black e46 m3 trys pulling up next to you that will most likely be me

It's a 2003 m3, mine is jet black. Could possibly have been me with a couple of friends since I am pretty young still haha (20 years old). I will have to shoot you a pm sometime over the summer when I am home we can make a cruise down 75th.

Just one word of advice-- be careful with 2nd gear until the transmission is warmed up. In the 550 I just go to third... since it's got lb-ft; you may want to try it, but I don't know how the car will handle it. Regardless, let everything warm-up before you go nuts.

Well today was the day - i traded in my 05 996TT cab and bought a 360 Modena 6 Speed - the car is quite amazing thus far and driving it feels different then just about any other car ive ever driven
The sound is incredible, it have Tubi exhaust and i can't find words to describe how amazing the car sounds, i find myself reaching near redline in every gear just to hear it sing and the power is always there - i would think my 996TT would be faster, but it just doesn't feel like it
And i knew it would attract attention but to the degree it has... i didn't know - i've driving it once today, had people snapping cell phone pics, people yelling nice car and giving me thumbs up, spoke with a man at a gas station and lastly had a bunch of kids taking pics of it with their cell phone just a few minutes ago when i went to pull it in the garage... they were surprised when i walked out and then asked if they could snap pics and i said, of course, and asked them if they wanna hear it, which they all did and they were blown away with the sound...
