I was really looking forward to trying out the car at BIC, but I've sold the car. I might be getting another one, hopefully in the color I order, but not from the dealer here He doesn't deserve my business.

And by the way, your RS looks great....do you recommend getting one?

They sat down and "ordered" the car with me.

Order sheet shows all the options I wanted.

Kuwait is the country.

Factory found out about the problem, and confirmed dealer put in the wrong order and specs.

 

I'd recommend getting as many as you can I can't speak for others but I can't even imagine getting anything else! Everything is just perfect for me. The power is as much as I want, believe that or not. It's as much a hardcore, back to basics as Porsche will ever get. I track as much as I could and it's there that I know that I've made the right choice.

If you're getting another Scud, you might be better off securing the spot in Kuwait and flying to Maranello to spec it out.

 

Thats what I'm thinking about doing, except for the part of securing the spot in Kuwait Ferrari factory guys are coming in 2 weeks, and I'm meeting them.... they've known about my ordeal and want to gain me back as a loyal ferrari customer....so lets see.

As for the RS, I've found a couple of brand new orange ones in Dubai at some of these re-sellers....Should I go for it? Price is a bit steep though.

 

Sorry to hear about your problems! From what I hear about Ferrari they will do all they can to take care of you as a customer. The dealer is a different story though so good luck with them.

The GT3rs is AMAZING! depends if you will really use all the extras the car has over the standard GT3 to justify the extra money. I say if you like the Scud you will love the RS. Talk to my buddy H2O skier..he has 2 F430's and the RS, he should be able to get you some great info

it happen to my brother once before, he ordered a 360CS without the strip, but it has the strip when it arrive, so to make my brother happier, they gave them a few oil change for free!

 

Ya right...that's insulting. ******bags...at least it is kinda getting corrected. Sad when you order a limited car & spec is wrong.

Nice ride once the wheels/stripes are changed.

Blame it on the factory...sounds like a good idea for the dealer to say. Of course they'd say that.

I wouldn't want my car shipped around the world again, I'd ask for a $15k rebate check and call it even. Mistakes happen unfortunately.
