A high-end dealer told me that Ferrari dealerships will no longer offer pre-purchase inspections. Is this a fact?

Also have another color question. I understand that dark metallic green would be a killer on resale. What about silver but with a blue top?? Not sure if that is a no no as far as desirable color combos?
