What would you buy?
CS's should cost more than the Lambo's. They are better. I'm far from someone with a little car knowledge. I don't read articles. I drive them.
Your decision has to come after you drive them. If you want a raw car buy a CS. If you want a great car with more power and ability than the CS than buy the 430.
CS's are fun it would be my 2nd choide as I have pointed out. It's just not a car to put a long weekend in. you will know you've done it.
drive them both. then decide what you're doing with it. if you're driving it for coffee occassionally with some spirit the CS is the car. If you want to take the wife or girlfriend for a weekend up the coast or into the mountains think twice. She won't like it.

very well stated !!!
I voted for the CS. The CS is a very unique car and had fantastic lines. The 430's are very common in south fla.
I purchased a 360 because I prefer the looks and it was $100k less in 06.
funny I thought the same thing until my wife brought up a good point. I always wanted a red ferrari. But when I started going to the ferrari events it seemed that EVERYONE had a red / tan ferrari. So I started looking for a yellow 360 spider. I really am NOT a big fan of yellow on the 360 (big car and a ton of mass - I had a yellow porsche and loved it).
Anyway; while I was looking for a car, my wife took me in the garage and asked me if I see any red ferrari's here. I replied - NO, see it will be the only red ferrari in your garage
dammnnnnn good point RED / TAN 360 since 2006 with tons of mods
So;
Get what you want and your toy is your toy. Who cares what everyone else has.

For a small, ok not inconsiderable bit more than $150k. Porsche reliability, exotic ( WTF is that ) car looks, and Enzo smashing performance look no further.
Only two small problems
1. Finding someone who will let theres go without an act of violence to get the keys.
2. Maybe a small issue with the strectching the budget over $150k

Tough choice for me. I love the newer technology of the 430, but I've never owned an all out version of car like the CS - it would be fun to have a GT3, CS/Scuderia, or AMG Black series someday.
