Not yet. Seems like prices keep going down.
Also, I'm debating on car or RE.
You can break even (BE) or be positive cash flow in Orange County with minimal down, not like a couple of years ago where you needed 30% or more to be be even close to BE.

Superleggera > F430
IMO, Gallardo Superleggera is superior based on the following:
- Much more exclusive than Ferrari F430. Total world production was less than 350 units. You likely won't ever see another one.
- Better reliability, build quality, and cheaper service/repairs than Ferrrari
- Much faster on track and on the highway. Superleggera is a competitor to F430 Scuderia, it will absolutely crush the regular F430 in any environment.
- Superleggera looks better and has that "wow" factor that F430 lacks. Lambo's will always be higher on the supercar food chain than Ferrari's and carry far more prestige.
- And most importantly, Lambo's get you twice as much ***** as Ferrari's
- Much more exclusive than Ferrari F430. Total world production was less than 350 units. You likely won't ever see another one.
