2010 Novitec Scuderia Spider 16M - 700 BHP!!
"Novitec Rosso has a new tuning programme for the Ferrari F430 Scuderia Spider 16M. Ferrari will be making only 499 units of the 16M and just in case some potential customers aren't satisfied, Novitec Rosso reckons it has the answer. Pictured here is the Novitec Rosso Scuderia Spider 16M but with notably more bite.
The tuner known for getting more out of standard Ferraris has fitted twin superchargers to the 16M. Power should be up by an estimated 186hp (139kW) on the factory model to 696hp (519kW). In comparison the stock vehicle's V8 has a maximum power output of 510hp (380kW). It will push the car from 0 - 100km/h in 3.7 seconds and let it go as fast as 315km/h (196mph). Therefore it would be fair to assume the more powerful Novitec car will outsprint and ultimately outrun a normal F430 16M Scuderia Spider.
Judging from these initial pictures it appears that Novitec has not changed the exterior looks too much. The only alterations that really stand out are the darkened rear lights and of course custom painted NF3 wheels. Full details and more images will be published as soon as we get them."

Should be a hell of a car with 696 bhp and would look amazing in red..

I think the car would have looked much better in a more classic style like black body with tan seats and maybe billet wheels or black wheels, either that or at least classic scuderia colors. The yellow, with yellow striped wheels is a bit much after a while.
I agree with you burnout04. I'm more of a traditionalist when it comes to the color combination of a Ferrari. But this car what styled to stand out. If you look at Novitec's past projects (twin-supercharged Scuderia and Enzo) they have followed this Giallo Modena color scheme. I don't think it's a calling card per se, but it's immediately recognizable as a Novitec-tuned Ferrari. On a another note, Homestead-Miami Speedway hosted the Ferrari Challenge event last weekend. One of our customer brought out his twin-supercharged F430 Spider for some track time. During the event, the only two cars in front of him were Scuderias...driven by professional race car drivers! It really displayed how much Novitec can improve the dynamics of the Spider.

Novitec F430 is pretty slow actually. I remember reading about it in Modified Luxury & Exotics and it ran like high 11's and 125mph in the 1/4 mile (it was against a twin-turbo gallardo, which destroyed it in every category and trapped 145mph+ in 1/4 mile and was like 4 seconds faster on track). Also, a while back there was a track comparison in European Car that featured a Novitec F360 and it lost to a 350Z on track.
