Scuderia front bumper scrach

I had a 430 and even at normal ride height (3 finger from upper fender to tire) sometimes in highway the front facia scratched the ground really bad,so I changed the springs for harder ones and lowered the car and the problem was solved.
Now I have a scud and I want to know if this also happens with this car since it has a button to get the suspension harder.

Please let me know this.

I have a friend who had the exact same thing happen with his scud, so take it cautiously
