Lowboost we design and manufacture T304 stainless steel headers which are direct replacements for the factory manifolds. Fabspeed's Sport Headers do not have the pre-catalytic converter found in the OEM manifolds which restrict power and are prone to failure. These are constructed from 14-16 gauge, C.N.C. mandrel bent primary tubes which feature a 4-into-1, high velocity cast merge collector. As a direct replacement for the factory manifolds, these will work with the stock primary catalytic converters with no Check Engine Lights. Joe Fabiani X-rayed the OEM manifolds, included is a picture (looks similar to a Cayman/Boxster manifold).

As you can see, the OEM manifolds have very short primary pipes which "jam" into one another, then the exhaust flow has to fight its way through a large, restrictive catalytic converter. Just by replacing these for our Sport Headers, power increases +25HP. Click here for dyno.

We have these in stock and ready to ship. P.M. or email Joey@fabspeed for more information regarding information on our F430 Sport Headers.

SpeedLimit, we had the F360 manifolds X-rayed and the primary pipes are longer and utilize a more efficient collector. Not sure why Ferrari poorly designed the F430 manifolds. The F355 manifolds are failing on a daily basis, and we are noticing more F430 manifolds failing due to the catalytic converters similar to the F355. Preemptive thinking, replace the F430 manifolds before they fail, not only to prevent further damage, but because there is power and sound left on the table!

I would recommend the new Tubi exhaust for the F430 with its unique dual muffler design. Please pm me for more details. I hope you enjoy the photos below.

A couple of questions about the Fabspeed headers.

1) Do you have dyno results on the increases in power?

2) Is there any guarrantee of no codes thrown with them. I've heard this claim before on other cars (Aston Martin) before but seen it happen anyway.

Dyno results were in the previous post--> CLICK HERE

Our sport headers will not throw a Check Engine Light. These headers are only replacing a pre-catalytic converter. These will bolt directly to the primary catalytic converters which are used for emission control.

Headers come with Fabspeed's Lifetime Limited Guarantee, as long as the original purchaser pertains ownership, we stand by all products be it 10 days or ten years.

Hi Lowboost.

RSC offers a fantastic exhaust system featuring the best looking tips around. They are pictured here in black chrome (which looks sensational) but a variety of finishes are available. It also features a single gas pathway - no restrictive multiple chambers/flaps/valves etc., but a long-tract, continuous pathway with siamesed pipes for great torque at lower and mid-range RPMs, not just a top-end kick. PM me for more info.
