two f430s, veyron, SLR, lp670 and more being sold by US treasury

Basically i was shown this by my father a couple hours ago:
http://www.treas.gov/auctions/treasury/gp/luxAuction.shtml
(If you dont want to press the link, find the website yourself and then find the section...i understand pressing a random link that says the US government is selling these cars sounds extremely sketchy)

Bugatti veyron, SLR, two ferrari f430's, phantom, bentley gt, maserati GT, and a LP670!!!!!!

I was litteraly about to buy a ticket to florida about 1 and a half hours ago, however the few factors that held me back were
1) Difficult to get a cashiers check when westcoast banks are closed at 8am EST time.
2) Apparently this was in the wallstreet journal 1 month ago, so probably everyone knows.
3) I pansied out lol

Regardless, if any of you guys in florida want to check this out tomorrow morning....take 25k for deposit on any car you want to bid on, and 100k for the bugatti if you want to bid on that.

just thought it is crazy that all these cars were seized....i personally think it was all from 1 or 2 owners at max.

That would be all of Scott Storch's cars as rjahr mentioned. He blew his $90million fortune in two years.

Guess the luck ran out.... reminds me of some recent mexican drug bust photos I saw recently, gold guns everywhere, rooms of cash. Cocaine Cowboys style. It almost seems like it'd be worth it just to live such an insane life. At least you could say you really lived LOL. (Ripping people off excluded LOL).
