2011 California Purchase

Hi All

First time on the Ferrari forum, considering buying a 2011 California with nice low miles, documented history etc. to replace a recently purchased 2009 Aston Martin DBS V12 that Im disappointed with, too many niggly issues, doesn't feel involving to drive (but does sound and look amazing), is the California a reliable entry into the Fcar world?

I will use it regularly so want to get in and go, dont mind service costs etc just dont want the hassle of niggles with it.

Anything specific to look out for on a 2011 car?

Will it excite more than a DBS V12

Thanks

Carl

I suggest watching some of the Youtube videos...many here will not chime in since they are more into sports cars vice GTs. Personally, I would get a 2015+ since the power is way up with turbos and it is very hard to feel any lag.

I just picked up a 2013 Cali 30 with the handling special. Get the cal between 2013-2014, they are the last of the NA v8 engines. The sound is so much better than the Cali T
