By you means new cars, what year of 360 does Ferrari started using chains?

The 360 still uses belts, the 430 has chains.

My friends F430 caught fire due to a gas leak...needless to say the car was totaled. Ferrari of America didnt do much about alocating a new car for him, neither did the dealership...

I have a great idea! Buy a 22-year-old 308, pour as much money into it fixing it up and restoring it as it would have cost to buy a nice 360, and then you'll have a slow, creaky, unreliable . . . Oh wait, maybe that's just a F#@!ing STUPID idea! Maybe someone should have told me that ahead of time, since I obviously wasn't smart enough to figure it out for myself!

I have heard the same thing about 360's being a lot better made Ferrari, this is the sole reason why I am looking at buying one now plus prices dropped as well
