thanks. yeah, i got the magazine too. i can't remember exactly, but i don't think it was that the old tires were losing grip, but that they were overheating and getting very gummy. this was causing some sticking to the rollers (there were bits of rubber flying off, kinda like those "marbles" i think in formula 1 races,) hence more rolling resistance...

either way... impressive numbers!
