My "guess" is that fully loaded would include CF trim, shields, Hi-Fi sound, Ceramic brakes, and fire extinguisher. Sure there are loads of other options, but those would be the primary ones I would assume.

He is probably just refering to the popular, common options, like F1, sheilds, CS wheels, maybe ceramics, daytonas, etc. Obviously, much like Porsche, you can spec the cars in such individual ways that is difficult to draw the line on what is "fully loaded" and what isn't. Either way, a little more info on the car makes it easier to put a value on.

So what would be a closing price (not asking) for an 06 430 Coupe with 6 speed or F1? Prices are all over the place...

what are the options, color, etc? while $xx,xxx over msrp can be generally correct, those other factors can make a significant difference. my '06 430 coupe sold about 6 months ago for around $40k over. it was silver/blk, ceramics, good options...
