The Gumpert is really cool. It feels like a pure race car but I wasn't completely impressed with the build quality.I drove the black one and it rattled a lot. On the other hand, It was fast and shifted very well and felt like a kart. Neat car but I think a little over rated and over priced.

The black car was not a good example of what the car is today. That car was abused and had some serious history. It is not a grocery getter. I actually had the car for about a week.....You know the story though, we were the guys that recovered the car for "you guys" (?) .... Had some time to study the car very closely.....I'm sure now that it has improved like you say, it is a real blood boiler.... The drive to me is very much like a petite F40.... That's the closest comparison I can think of.
