The tires are the key factor in hugging the road, not the wheels. Why you made that statement is beyond me. You can have the widest, strongest, and lightest wheels but if you have crap tires then it wouldn't matter.
To comment on the car, the car is cool but the wheels I dont like so much. Looks very tacky which to me makes the car look cheap. Just my opinion though.
