You might get some recommendations, but my suggestion would be to put together your plan and send it out for bid. The market is such that you should get a lot of good responses (and a lot of bad ones probably
). The best way is to dive right in. Also, go to Griot's and look for dealers in your area and they will probably either have a part of their business that does that OR be able to point you to some good crews.
Depends a lot on where you're at in this process, like do you have a plan/design or do you just know that you want a change and have vague ideas like "add a stall, do some framing to make rooms/toilet, etc...
I'm in Minnesota so I can't help you with your request specifically.

Felix,
I am not a remodeler or contractor but I am a cadd drafter. I could help you out with cadd drafting services as far as the plans go. I could develop a set of plans, or even 3d models for you to bring to your contractor etc. We can do the entire process by email. Let me know if I can help you out. But as far as the other processes go I agree with Bif Powell, Groit's may be able to help you out.

do it yourself felix, do some searching, just started tearing down our garage, finished putting insulation in today and put up all the drywall tomorrow, took about 2 weeks in total for now, than gonna do the flooring and cabinets and done, pretty simple unless you want to tear the whole thing down.
