this is how it works when ya hve a personal plate in HK ... when ya just get another new car .. ya can just retain ya old no and put ya fav personal plate in ya new car again .. that's how the personal plate works here .... so when ya c my personal plate's on another car.... that means i've sold the other one already hehe ...well i've been changing quite a few cars lately damn .... keke .... just kinda differnt in the states for how the personal plate works ....
