So, I have a question for the people who have done this. What would you say the price ranges from on the low, to the high side. Somewhere between 2k to 3k sqft shot with a bonus room on top. I know the prices will range from various parts of the country..but id like to see a high/low so I know what to expect. I know it can vary drasticly depending what is inside the shop, and outside.


Say something finished similar to this..

 

Ive been helping out my father design/build a 3500 sq ft shop to hold his RV and some of his cars. It has a similar design to the one pictured. We are doing a lot of rock work, cedar windows/doors, bathroom with shower, 4000 psi concrete, finished interior, wash bays, special coatings etc. Its not complete yet, but we are estimating 75-80$/sqft. That should be around the top end, using lower end design and materials it could probably be done for half of that. The only real way to get a good idea is to start getting qoutes from local builders/subs.
