I'm not aware of a sealant. I'm only aware of scrubbing with Spray Nine on my hands and knees.

if ur using the flooring in an everyday garage, i prob wouldnt do it. i think im going to take mine up. Its impossible to keep clean. The tiles hold on to dirt like something incredible. Epoxy is def easier to keep clean.

Rick is certainly right about the epoxy being easier to clean. Part of my problem is that I used white (black and white). I'm not taking mine up, though, 'cause when it is clean, it looks really good. It hasn't marred or anything, it just gets dirty fast.

ive found the answer to my own question. Talked to a guy who has had a racedeck floor for ten years. He said his floor is immaculate and easy to clean. He seals in once year with focus by zep. Im having mine cleaned and sealed on friday.

What about the RaceDeck Tuff-shield tiles......Cost $1 more a tile but coated with a high-gloss chemical resistant coating......Looks shiney also like a epoxy floor.....Should wipe clean with a swifter mop......

That looks great, can you let us know how it holds up over time and how easy it is to keep clean compared to before having it sealed?
