AWESOME NEWS BUDDY!!!! CONGRATS!!!! We've got a 19 month old right now and planning on at least #2 and possibly #3. I tell you what, and I'm sure you know this already, being a father is worth more than anything else.

Moving into Rancho Santa Fe so hopefully I can find something with a granny flat / guest house next to the main house. I'm sure down the line I may need to use it for aging family members.
