haven't been here in awhile but wanted to show you guys my "new" garage. Wanted to clear up space at home so me and a buddy got a garage for all our race junk. Going to be fun , check it out!

Family just got bigger so the house is up for sale! 2.2 million if anyone is interested. 3 bedrooms 3 baths 2600 sqf. Walk 4 blocks to beach. Car does not come with the house

 

Oh and it just won San Diego Home And Garden magazine home of the year.

So, question is, almost going back to two exact years ago, you posted this on 3-10-2009:

SO, the question of the day is, did some retire you financially!!!???

 

^ Yeah that was before my wife said "Hey guess what! Your going to be a daddy for the third time!" Just need a bigger house for the expanding family.

Moving into Rancho Santa Fe so hopefully I can find something with a granny flat / guest house next to the main house. I'm sure down the line I may need to use it for aging family members.
