hoping for a bit of early guidance..
I am planning to build a single storey 17'X22' garage/drive shed. The plans are currently being considered for approval.
I live in Canada and would like to know if others have put in heated flooring? I plan on using the garage for car service and for storage in the winter. It will have a vaulted ceiling ~~125" to accomodate a 4 post lift and a 4" reinforced concrete slab
The garage foundation will be built like a bomb-shelter since it needs to withstand flowing water.(local by-law)
