My three year project is coming to an end..

Delays delays delays....the story of construction here in Miami. Finally after three years its almost complete!! I need some help on the garage project. As you can see so far its full of supplies but it should be cleared out soon. Im planning on installing two lifts. Does anyone know of any companies that specialize in garage planning? The picture aren't too god but you get an idea of the space. Some other pictures of the house as well.

First thing I'd do in the garage is close off the water heaters & furnace and all that other unsightly stuff. The last thing you want is to have a nice exotic car parked in a garage that's unfinished & has all that stuff visible IMO. And please paint the walls & ceiling. Nothing like an unfinished garage to ruin the house.

Next I'd get some Moduline cabinets installed.

Other then that, no help sorry. Really nice place though!

Awesome place, looks like the 3 year wait will be well worth it.

That trimwork alone is probably worth my entire house alone. Beautiful.

gotta love the kitchen cabinets and that view...

i'd get the walls finished w lots of cabinets. if you wrench yourself, you may want to put some sort of entertainment system like a tv or stereo. lots of indirect lights too. given where you are, no need for heating.

lift is good idea especially for sports cars - not suvs.

congrats

Great house.

I am in the same boat as you. I have been looking at.

http://www.completegarage.com/garage_flooring_c47.cfm

They do complete garage planning. However they are not cheap.

Might also want to check out. http://www.jnkproducts.com/ They have pretty nice cabinets at a more reasonable price but you are doing the planning.

GL

Lifts - are you talking about car lifts or attic lifts. I am planning on installing an attic lift to carry junk up to the attic.

Ritesh.
