I'm looking at garages and trying to figure out how much something like this may cost for a garage this size and a driveway to lead up to it.

I found these pics from a house for sale online. It has a little bathroom inside the garage and some small cabinets. Property also has a couple car ports next to it but I'm more interested in an ESTIMATED cost on buidling the garage part. Thanks for the help.

If I had to guess on measurements, I'd say 25 ft wide and 40 ft deep. Enough for 2 RV's.

Hybrid AWD is infamous around these parts
This is just a rough guess but I would think the building would cost around 20-30K and the concrete another 10-15K easily. For a safe bet, maybe around 50K.

From my own personal experience, get a couple of bids but plan on having 5-10k$ in reserve for unplanned costs.

Yeah I would say 50K with a +- of a few grand depending on what extra features you wanted to add. That is obvious though.

Pretty broad question - could be 50K to than hundreds of thousands to get fitted. For example depending what you want and need to have to get a town permit to build. Whether architect needs to design it, whether you have challenges with town permits and need additional approvals and modifications for wetlands, drainage coastal, variances, if it is up to the '9s", meaning radiant heating, A/C, extensive lighting, additional concrete for lifts, flooring, if is attached conforming design to rest of home that may need some modifications. It adds up very quick, don't ask how I know.
