Started a few months ago with lighting - installed 4 fluorescent fixtures (I now have a 'mini-sun' in the garage when I turn the lights on at night).

Removed and replaced all baseboards, installed simple wainscoating.

Patched all walls

Painted ceiling, walls, trim.

Painted all cabinets

Next up is to grind the floor to remove the previous owners crappy paint job. Use a good epoxy. I chose to go with Armorclad / Armorpoxy. 100% solids, includes everything including topcoat. Should arrive next week. Then last - some new racks, toolbox and add a Porsche.

It's always amazing what a few cans of paint will do. Well done.
