Arkansas is pretty temperate most of the year. Although, I am looking into adding a/c and heat this year.

The porsche is sold and is pending a wire transfer from Nigeria... I trust the guy, he's already picked it up...

Thanks. I have 2 side by side lots in Hot springs village and may build on them. For all I know that may be a swamp.

If the deal falls thru I will buy the porsche but I hear Nigerian deals are rock solid.

Is the hood scoop on the Z06 not functional? It looks like its closed in your pics.
