When I bought it a few years ago, it was a pretty bad area, then the city decided to build the new baseball arena one block away and now I am sitting on a valuable piece of property. But, the bad thing is, I can't sell it because I don't know where I would put all my crap.

The shop is 5000sqft but only half is used for cars. The other half is full, literally full, of my Mom's antiques. When your Momma asks for some space, you just don't say no. Although I wish I would have.

I would post some outside pics but the building is very unassuming and I like to keep it that way. Because of the area, I don't like the neighbors to know what I'm storing in there. I've got an electric gate opener and I can be in and out in a minute or so.
If you do decide to post pictures, please post a picture of the gate. I would like to know what I am getting myself in to before I make the plans.

Just crash that blue thing through it. Then you won't scratch the Supras on the way out.

Ok, understood....still seems really cool - and even cooler that you made some loot on the deal

Most guys retreat to their basements to get away - you go to a 5000 sq foot warehosue full of high-powered autos. Impressed.

If you get a flat tire, you still have another 19 wheel/tire combos to change it with, and try again!

Great cars-kind of similar to mine on a larger scale

Mexico Blue 997 looks awesome, reminds me of the blue on the 993TT but don't know the name of the color

On my first project supra currently going on

Have a Dodge Ram quad cab

Hope to have a very special 996TT in a couple months when the car becomes for sale

Would really like to experience the Z06

Of all of the garages that have been posted on here, this is the one I can see myself in. Not only a place to store the cars, but a place to work on them as well. With all of that room there is plenty of space for tons of tools, machines, lifts, doesn't get much better in my opinion. Awesome Thomas, is that framing in the background a partition between your cars and your moms stuff?

Very nice. Onlything trying to keep the black clean. I use to have all black cars but had to change it. But I can say this nothing looks better than a clean black car.
