I will have some more updates in a day or two once I get all the pictures uploaded and get internet back up and running at the house.

We are 99% done with the inside, all I have to do is get the sink plumb'd and the dishwasher installed and we are fully functional. I finished laying the tile and moving and my back is sore, ~9000 lb's of stone/mud/grout/sand went into this house some as large as 36x16, and the furniture which was a treat to move.

I still need to renovate the master bath but I am going to start this weekend once the stone/steam shower/custom glass show up. That should only take about 20 hr's or so to finish. But I have some drywall work to do and a kurdi show pan to install.

I did go out and put a offer on another car to celirate so I will be upgrading from my 911 now that I have a nice safe garage.

We also have a offer on our other place but they need to prequalif before we can accept it.

Busy week, wife has been a trooper and will be getting a big valitines day gift for all the grief I have put her through.

Another update, all moved in and everything works at this point. Well I don; thave the lift or the cherry picker here but that will be in the next month or so provided I can get a deal on moving it.

Cutting the hoel for the sink.

My fresh tle, (Much back is killing me, that downstairs room was 400sqf with tiles as big as 36 x 16)

Kitchen is in and everything is plumbed up and working, still need to do a little electrical like the gfi plugs and a box under the sink for the garbage disposal and dishwasher. (I pig tailed them into plugs for easy removal later.)

Blue is in the garage, happy and ready for some PM time.

looks awsome. Quick question. My current garage looks just like your before picture. Do you feel a little more cramp in the garage with the drywall up?
I'm thinking about doing it cause it looks hellava better than the aged wood shack look. But my concern is since my garage is already pretty small, would the drywall make it looks smaller?

No it will not look smaller unless you paint the walls a very dark color, or do the floor in a very dark color. In fact it looks a lot larger, the only thing is that you will need to do on top of the drywall is light it correctly or it will look a little off not bad just off, so no single blubs in the corner, you need to have standard say quad/dual 36inch bulb lighting on center or two off center lines run.

sounds good, thanks for the tip. Now, just need to convince the wife that garage remodeling is more important and other remodeling in the house

Its pretty cheap, I spent 500$ on the dry wall, 200$ on the floor, 25$ on the wall paint and 100$ on the lighting. Major improvement for the money in my opinion.

Though I did do all of the labor and install.
