Before after garage/home pictures.

Just wanted to share, I have been renovating a home in the bay park area, so I have a garage to myself again. Just a few pictures to show off. I have done 95% of the work myself over the last two months. Only the tile laying and refinishing the floors have really had outside help because I did not have the time to do them myself.

Thats only 60% done in the pictures I am ~90% done now, I just rebuilt all of the electrical, I have started demo'g the bathrooms and will be laying a french mosiac in 1'1 tile on the floors with a full glass steam shower, I have a full set of electrolux equipment going in the kitchen tommorow with a kobe hood and a few other little touches.

The lower room (not shown) will have a 144 inch power screen with a ruby projector and in wall martin logans when they arrive in about a month or so which will drop and cover the fireplace.

I also have a pad on concrete in the back for two more parking spots and alley access.

The final touch will be the home automation (my line of work is LIM's and lab automation) so touch screen controls for music with hidden speakers throughout the house.

Wow, looks great. I've always wondered what previous owners would say to come back to their old house and see it all done right!

This is just for myself, well really I built it for my wife. I have thought of renovating houses for profit for a while, in fact one of my bosses offered the start up capital but I like my current job that I think I will continue just buying renovating and selling every 2 years, then I will have a decent chunk of change by the time I am 32-34 and will not have to worry so much.

Nice transformation, the finished product should be really good. Its took having a 4th eye to see the potential in a house/home.
