Does anyone have a recommendation for a contractor that specializes in garage remodels for the San Jose/Santa Clara bay area in CA?

In particular, I'm looking for someone to advise me on what can be done with my 3 car garage. What needs to change in order to put a lift in, can I utilize the area above it for attic storage? Can I run A/C into there, etc.

I guess I'm hoping this person could also manage the subcontractors as well.
