OK, just drove in to work. That is one Holy Crap! mod!! I had never thought of my 997 as a cow, but man, is that response sharp now. And not just off the line; whatever you are doing, the response is just instantaneous compared to before. Very noticeable. Oh, and don't even think about the green wuss mode. You want it on red. Trust me on this.

So, after one day with it, it is clear that you DO want to install the switch cable. It is WAY too twitchy for a stickshift in bumper-to-bumper, stop-and-go traffic. For the Interstate, you want RED. For city traffic, you want OFF.

When you get a chance could you please take a minute and post a short message asking customers to not use the coupon codes for multiple Sprint Booster orders when only purchasing (1) Sprint Booster. For example, customers are using the coupon code " 6speedgroupbuy3" an only purchasing (1) Sprint Booster. The coupon code "6speedgroupbuy" should be used when purchasing a Sprint Booster.

Also mention we still have units in stock. The coupon codes are still valid and have not expired.

I had recently installed my SB and then a test drive; however, I've noticed the light switch was not working correctly. The green and red light wouldn't stay on after I pressed. Therefore, there was no way I could differentiate if the SB was really working. So, does anyone have this kind of experience? I believe mine is a defect, so i am going to do an exchange with the SB NA rep or with the closest authorized dealer. Hopefully all this trouble would be solved easily. Sighhhh

I had one on my CTT before and sold it to a friend, bought another here and added one to my 996TT, I know a lot of guys here say put your foot into the pedal more, same thing, it's not the same, I can't believe the instant throttle response in red mode. Not just on take off but at any speed when you lightly touch the pedal its instant, I'm very impressed, for the cost, thought it was well worth it - in both cars

lwl, you should contact the dealer that sold it to you. In almost all cases they are generally able to try the testing process and execute an exchange if that doesn't work out. If there is a rare failure, the dealer should have you smiling within the next few days.

yup, that light doesn't sound right.

i have the opposite issue - my light stays on, even after I shut my car off, for an hour or two before going out - anyone have this issue?

otherwise, works great - there really is a seat-of-the-pants difference!

Yes, I have contacted my closest SB authorize dealer who is about 45 mins away to order me a new set of SB for exchange. Hopefully everything goes well...cross my finger!!!!
