well that porsche has just about one of the nicest interiors ive ever seen... gorgeous use of alcantara... amazing seats!

 

there is really no comparision .. yes dollar to dallar i guess ... but drive them together and there is no comparision... look at them a year or two later and see what you have

Porsche does not live it's life a 1/4 mile at a time.

 

Give me a Z with the seats and tires off of a GT2 and program the torque management out of the Z's tune and then lets see the numbers.

The GT2 is one of the best sports cars out there at any $$ amount. I think they are incredible cars and absolutely gorgeous. That being said - I think the Z06 is an incredibly competitive in all areas of performance, especially considering the price tag.

 

The ZO6 is pure sex from the exterior but the interior is dog *** ugly IMHO.I look at the new GT2 and think it is ugly on the exterior and the interior is hot. Give me a GT3 RS and call it a day.

 

it amazes me that people think the vette does. It has spent it's whole life built for the road course and has done a good job. Vettes don't make efficient drag cars

 

It's amazing how these GM cars are once the TM is taken out. My GTO became a WHOLE new beast

 

I think some mags need to start disclosing how and when they test the cars. If the Sport Cups were cold they would be even less sticky than non R-comps, they suck cold and if they didnt do several laps at full blast to get them hot they likely didnt get any advantage out of them, sometimes I wish the Pcars could be tested on regular tires too so the Sport Cups reasonings would be left out.

 

There is a stupid thread on Ferrari chat comparing a CGT to a 430. This thread is kind of like that.

Although not a corvette guy. The C5 to C6 body redesign made me stop to consider for a corvette for micro second! lol

 

ya here's the thing, the Z06 is a cheap thrill. everyone knows the GT2 is better and we don't even have to go into specifics. you know we don't. stop comparing Porsches to Chevys. it's like comparing Heidi Klum to Jenna Jameson.
