Thanks for all the great shots! Hopefully there will be a few more weeks of good driving weather before the salt hits the roads.

I live in Florida so please excuse my ignorance about winter but are you going to put the car away for the entire winter? How can you stand it knowing you have such an awesome car and not drive it?
Anyway beautiful car and congrats.

Good luck, GT3Ranger...Juan

Thanks for taking the pics and getting them up here for me CMT!

The car has been an absolute pleasure to drive, but with temps in the 30s and 20s, its been too cold for the tires.

GT3 Ranger,

Yeah, I am putting the car away for the winter but am hoping for one warm weekend before the first snowfall. After that, the roads get icy and salted, and its isnt the best place for the car. After that, in the spring, I wait till most of the sand that was put on the roads is washed off. Spring rains get this job done, and I usually bring the summer cars out in mid april.

I could never sell the E36, man. Too much into it. At some point I'll park something next to it, but in the end it's just the humble beginning of what will hopefully be a collection.

Are you kidding, Putting the car away for the winter is not a voluntary action by any means. I sneak my car out in the winter but rarely, they throw a pound of salt after every snow flake around hear. When I had my 996tt i did not worry as much as i had 4 wheel drive and it was undercoated. With the GT3 not undercoated and a rust warranty of 4 years rather than 10 you have to error on the side of caution. But painful to watch it sit to be sure.
