GT3 Owners a little help here.....

I posted over at F chat and got 1 response. Do these guy's not drive their cars, or are they just for D...K extensions.

I need some feed back on the feel while driving hard, like they are suppose to be driven, Any comments would help.

Duplicate Post over at F Chat.....

How many of you 360/430 owners have driven a 997 GT3 or RS?

Why do I ask...

I just purchased a 01 360. Due to the weather I have had very little time behind the wheel.
I love the way the car feels but have not had enough time in the car to figure out why. Maybe it is the fact that it is a Ferrari and all the camera phones going off.....

It feels soo much different than the GT3 and the GT3 feels soo much faster, stable, better vision, etc.... Maybe it's bacause I have spent 18 years in a 911???

I am soo happy I bought the F car, but I can't put my finger on why... Maybe you guy's that have driven both can help me out....

I guess I am just confused..and Stuck in Oregon watching it rain.....With no drive time in sight....

Help please.

Don't know what kind of feedback you're looking for - I've got a 430 F1, a 997 RS and a 997 GT3. I really like all the cars. As for being driven hard, I've done track days with all of them. Biggest difference for me on hard, deep, high speed corner entry: the E-diff on the 430 allows me to get away with more aggression and sloppiness without fear of throwing it in the weeds. I find I must be more careful with the RS and 3 - just a good excuse to refine driving technique, I suppose. Hope that helps.

That is exactly what I am looking for...

Thanks for the input.

For the track, which to you choose, like the best.

How much faster does the 430 feel than the 3.... The 360 feels a little slow, but that is o.k. for the street.

I like them all on the track. The 430 feels more special, but that is subjective. The 430 is 10mph faster at the end of the front straight so lap times are a little shorter with it. However the P-cars work great too and the RS with the Sharkwerks exhaust sounds almost as good as the 430 with Tubi.

I never had a regular 360, just a Stradale. The 430 has more torque and hp than a 360 - that and the E-diff might be the biggest difference though I prefer the look of the 360 over the 430.
