Ok, kind of a stupid question but why is TOW
called TOW? I mean I know where it is and I've been there (met Noel, Andrew, Fred and others there) but TOW?

Top of the World?

I think the surrounding area is one of the highest points in the Santa Monica Mountain range. If you walk the fire road it takes you to a platform with a 360º view of LA & Ventura Co.

watt, which curve is that on Rambla Pacifico? Is it the blind decreasing radius hairpin toward the top that has an elevation drop of like 20 feet?
