That's his opinion, and trust me, he never had much to say about Porsches until they gave him one and hired him to drive one at Talladega to break those records. The ONLY Porsche he owns is that Carrera GT. I'm not surprised he likes it, it's a marvelous car, but it's about as far from your atypical rear-engine flat-6 Porsche as you can get. Maybe he does respect them now, but I doubt he's come around to liking the 911 or 356.

Leno's infamous for his past snubbing of Porsches as Amir said, however that did change when he got his CGT and now he even added a GT3RS to his stable. He has been converted, while he may not be as big of a fan of the Marque as his good friend Jerry Seinfeld, he does respect Porsche now and has been shown the light.

I recall Jay Leno being a Mercedes guy, I think I remember hearing he was such a good customer Mercedes gave him one of the first SLR's for free for his birthday, I could be wrong but I remember hearing that somwhere
